Juliana Williams brings nearly 15 years of fundraising, corporate philanthropy, and nonprofit leadership experience to her work as a Consultant for Mission Advancement Professionals. Her strategic mindset and relationship-building skills add strength to the Mission Advancement team. As a graduate of three private schools, including Westmont College, she brings personal experience with all of the core clientele of Mission Advancement – faith-based organizations, private schools, and human service nonprofits.
Prior to joining the Mission Advancement team, Juliana served as the Executive Director of a local Boys & Girls Club organization where she grew revenue by 45% amidst the pandemic and economic upheaval. She has held nonprofit leadership roles working on a variety of human service issues from homelessness to human trafficking, and from youth development to veteran services. Early in her career, she developed the first-ever community relations program for Oakley, Inc. and possesses a deep understanding of the donor perspective – in both corporate and individual philanthropy.
Having lived in Massachusetts, California, and Oregon, Juliana is thrilled to have found a home in the Fort Worth area with her husband, Chris, and two growing boys.
