Natalie Voigts
Operations & Project Manager

Natalie serves as the Operations & Project Manager for Mission Advancement, utilizing an array of experiences in working with nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Born and raised in Austin, Texas – the live music capital of the world and trained professionally in dance, Natalie gained a passion for the arts along with a deep appreciation for the power of nonprofit organizations to create dramatic social impact and change lives for the better. 

Natalie has worked with clients in a variety of sectors and managed capital campaigns across the country. Her analytical skills have been utilized to conduct development assessments, community capacity evaluations, and organizational benchmarking. During her graduate studies, Natalie worked with Lyda Hill Philanthropies supporting the Better Together Fund and consulted for organizations looking to articulate social return on investment. Additionally, Natalie has engaged in strategic planning for local and international nonprofits and has published on the economic effect of the arts in rural communities. 

Natalie holds an MBA and Masters in Arts Administration from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Entrepreneurship and Dance from Baylor University. Natalie is a member of the AFP Greater Dallas Chapter Board of Directors and an active member of the Junior League of Dallas. Natalie and her husband Daniel live in Richardson, Texas with their dog, Pepper.
