Shannon Modlin has over 20 years of experience helping businesses communicate their value to prospects, clients, and employees. As Vice President of Marketing for Mission Advancement, Shannon creates and leads marketing initiatives in order to introduce the MAP philosophy of relationship-based fundraising to more organizations around the country.
Shannon is a dedicated volunteer who firmly believes that our nonprofit sector plays a vital role in creating strong and vibrant communities. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Turning Point Rape Crisis Center and is an active member of the Plano West Rotary Club. A graduate of Class 32, she previously served as Program Facilitator for Leadership Plano. She is also a member and past president of the Junior League of Collin County.
Shannon earned her Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington. She lives in Plano, Texas, with her husband, Mark, and dogs, Flash and Zander.
