Client Relations

Kristen is a member of the Sales Team where she establishes relationships with nonprofits, explains Mission Advancement’s products and services, and works with MAP consultants to help clients reach their goals and advance their missions. It is MAP’s philosophy to build relationships and Kristen and the Sales Team are on the front lines, setting high expectations and taking a personal approach to making each nonprofit they service a client for life. Her ability to focus in on the needs of clients and establish strong relationships with them and their missions helps set MAP apart as “Relationship Based Purists” in the nonprofit arena.

Kristen is an experienced client relations specialist with a background in account management and client service for several Fortune 500 companies and advertising agencies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She has managed large sales and marketing promotions and supervised a team of client service professionals as an account director. From multi-million-dollar print budgets to the smallest detail, Kristen always works toward a goal of 100% client satisfaction. She has a BA in Journalism and a Master’s Degree in Communications.

Kristen lives in the Houston area with her children. She recently returned to her hometown after 25 years in the Dallas area and is happy to be back to her roots and near family. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys traveling and experiencing new places with her children, supporting her girls in their sporting activities, and visiting her son in college. She also enjoys staying busy with various projects and entrepreneurial pursuits.
