Scott Taylor has been in the fundraising and nonprofit management world for 19 years. Through his experience in fundraising, endowments, donor relations, strategic affairs, and campaign operations, Scott has served as a fundraising and strategy consultant to a variety of nonprofit organizations. As a Vice President, Scott leads a team of MAP consultants in capital campaign and development engagements throughout north Texas and across the nation.
Before his tenure with MAP, Scott served on the fundraising team for Southern Methodist University’s two most successful campaigns, which raised over $1.5 billion. His experience has positioned him to develop, plan, and execute a variety of strategies and initiatives related to operational fundraising, capital projects, donor relations, and volunteer management.
Scott lives in the DFW metroplex and received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from SMU. When not providing strategic counsel to nonprofit organizations, Scott enjoys time with his wife Ashley and their three children, Kendall, Savannah, and Jonathan, as well as working on DIY projects.
