  2. This video-interview process allows you an opportunity to spotlight yourself without the fear and nervousness that sometimes comes out in a face-to-face interview. You will be able to answer the questions at your own pace and start and stop as needed over the course of a week.

  3. Leadership interviews
  4. All potential employees may meet multiple members of our leadership team regardless of the position being applied for. This may happen virtually or face-to-face throughout the interview process.

  5. Headquarters visit
  6. As you move through the hiring process you may be asked to visit the Mission Advancement office in McKinney, TX to meet with team members and gain further insight into our company culture and practices. It allows you the opportunity to get to know more about us and we get to learn more about you in a face-to-face setting.
